Saving Grace in Uganda is a nonprofit with a mission to end homelessness for children in Uganda. The proposed new mark consists of a "U" and a roof, symbolizing the care given to the homeless children that the organization feeds, clothes, educates, and provides a community for. The counter form of the logo forms an arrow, symbolizing the growth of the children after they leave Saving Grace in Uganda, and the bright future that the organization gives to them.

Shakespeare's tragedies center on one pivotal moment, where the protagonist makes a choice and subsequently falls from grace. This choice is iconized in the imagery chosen on each book cover, and ripped in half to symbolize the choice that induces the fall.
In the opera "Bluebeard's Castle," the main character, Bluebeard, hides his secrets behind a series of seven locked doors. As the opera progresses, he hesitantly reveals what lies behind each door to his young wife. His bleak attitude towards love, which is the premise of the opera, is communicated through the folk wood-cut style of the opera posters, showing the different things hidden behind Bluebeard's doors.
